The workstation area is defined by Dawn White—clean, bright, and uplifting. Partitions incorporate Dusk Yellow and Twilight Purple—softly intertwined, understated yet warm. ByteDance champions green office practices, and VICTORY embeds eco-friendly principles from material selection to construction to daily use. In this open space, rows of planter cabinets are naturally integrated. A potted plant sits beside every workstation—orderly, yet vibrant with life.

For Intelligence – Extreme Learning, Calm Contemplation

ByteDance operates with an extraordinary learning density: nearly 150 company-wide thematic sessions per year—roughly one every two or three days. Employee development paths are equally open.
