SCAU Students Embark on Immersive Study Tour
at VICTORY Dynamic Space Experience Center
Guangzhou, July 2026 – In a concerted effort to deepen industry-education integration, bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world application, and broaden students’ professional horizons while strengthening their practical competencies, a faculty-student delegation from South China Agricultural University recently visited the VICTORY Group for an immersive study tour. The group explored the VICTORY Dynamic Experience Center through a diverse program featuring on-site observations, thematic presentations, and interactive Q&A sessions, gaining first-hand insight into modern office space design, intelligent furniture manufacturing, and full-scenario spatial ecosystems.

Immersive On-Site Learning:
Experiencing Real-World Spatial Design
Guided throughout by VICTORY’s Training Manager, the delegation toured multiple functional floors of the Dynamic Experience Center, moving beyond textbook knowledge to engage with the practical logic of scenario-based spatial design.
On the first floor, the leisure experience area featured an open layout with integrated greenery and relaxed, comfortable furnishings. This allowed students to directly observe the design philosophy of "balancing work and rest" and "scene integration" in modern office environments, while also understanding the emerging trend of unified office-leisure spaces. On the third and fourth floors, dedicated government-style office zones and contemporary workspaces showcased a comprehensive range of executive desks, conference tables, and modular office furniture. Ergonomic table edges and furniture configurations tailored for both individual work and team collaboration gave students a tangible connection to their classroom studies in spatial design and ergonomics. Many took detailed notes on product design features and scenario adaptation techniques.
The fifth floor, featuring a distinctive Party-building and multifunctional training space, seamlessly integrated red cultural elements with modern minimalist design. The dignified yet textured display layout and flexible reconfigurable floor plan vividly demonstrated the unity of functionality, aesthetics, and practicality in commercial spaces, offering students a profound and intuitive understanding of customized spatial solutions.

In-Depth Presentation at the 360° Exhibition Hall:
Decoding Industry Trends and Brand Strength
Following the site tour, the core academic exchange took place in VICTORY’s 360° Exhibition Hall. The Brand Manager delivered a dedicated presentation to the entire delegation, focusing on VICTORY’s signature Quiet Booths and best-selling product lines. The session provided a comprehensive breakdown of the core design concepts, R&D origins, and scenario-adaptation logic behind these products, guiding students through the innovative design thinking that underpins modern office furniture—from product design and user experience to spatial adaptability.
During the presentation, Product Manager Wu used real product cases to elaborate on the Quiet Booth’s noise-reduction technology, spatial configuration, and material selection, explaining how human-centric design addresses pressing workplace challenges such as acoustic disturbances and the need for focused work. For several other flagship products, he detailed ergonomic features, modular structures, eco-friendly materials, and versatile adaptability, enabling students to clearly grasp the design logic behind high-quality, industry-leading products that combine aesthetic appeal with practicality and functionality.
The information-rich session was followed by a lively and interactive Q&A segment. Students, drawing on their academic backgrounds and tour observations, eagerly posed questions on topics ranging from the acoustic principles of the Quiet Booths and innovative design approaches for star products, to product selection for different scenarios and the balance between aesthetics and utility in furniture design. Product Manager Wu responded patiently and thoroughly, drawing on R&D experience and real-world case studies to address each query, and sharing forward-looking design directions. This two-way exchange proved highly rewarding for all participants.

Promoting Learning Through Practice:
University-Enterprise Collaboration for Talent Development
To conclude the study tour, all faculty and students gathered for a group photo in the 360° Exhibition Hall, capturing a memorable moment of university-enterprise collaboration and the integration of knowledge with practice.
Looking ahead, VICTORY Group remains committed to advancing its full-scenario spatial solutions, while continuing to build robust platforms for university-industry collaboration. By deepening academic exchanges with higher education institutions and leveraging real-world practice to empower talent development, VICTORY aims to support young professionals in honing their expertise and pursuing their aspirations in the ever-evolving commercial space industry.
