A medical space is never static.

The same consultation room—busy with outpatients in the morning, transformed into a multidisciplinary team meeting in the afternoon. The nurses' station: an information hub by day, a brief handover and rest corner by night. In the complex ecosystem of a hospital, spatial boundaries flow from moment to moment.

Traditional fixed layouts turn space into constraint. Dynamic space breaks that constraint.

This time, VICTORY Group partnered deeply with Shenzhen University of Technology General Hospital—a vast medical complex serving over 4.7 million outpatient and emergency visits annually—to deliver a truly living integrated healthcare space solution. Covering every scenario: triage, waiting, blood collection, infusion, diagnosis and treatment, clinical workstations, meetings and training, maternal and infant care, staff living areas, and medical storage. What we delivered is not just furniture, but a spatial system that adapts as needs shift.

For People One Warmth for Every User

Hospital users are diverse: the elderly need support, exhausted families need a place to lean, busy nurses need efficiency, and seated doctors need relief.

In the waiting area, VICTORY avoids uniform rows of chairs. Instead, the space is divided into single-seat sofa zones (for patients needing quiet and privacy) and multi-seat bench zones (for accompanied families). Seat depth and backrest curvature are ergonomically tuned for all body types. Surface materials are eco-friendly and antimicrobial, GREENGUARD certifiedprotecting even the most vulnerable immune systems.

In the infusion zone, patients can adjust backrest angles and armrest positions independentlyswitching from sitting to semi-reclining. Spacing between seats has been repeatedly calibrated to ensure privacy while allowing nurses to pass easily with carts. Space is not a container that confines; it's a tool that serves.

For the Heart Invisible Care, Within Reach

Dynamic space honors emotion and belonging.

Mother-Child Zone is integrated as one; the lighting system is independently adjustable to a warm, soft glow; wall colors are drawn from healing palettes. Amid the noise of a hospital, this is a quiet island for mother and baby.

In the staff break area, VICTORY avoids a monotonous cafeteria-st yle long table. Instead, we designed a mix of café-style high tables and casual sofas. After intense surgeries or clinics, medical staff can choose solitude for a short rest or sit together in small groups. One space that allows boththat is true respect for people.

For Time One Space, Many Identities

What medical spaces need most is the elasticity of time.

The identity of a space should shift naturally as the clock hands move. In the meeting and training area, VICTORY's modular seating can be flexibly reconfiguredsingle chairs can be joined into small discussion zones, and benches moved to the sides to free up central space. Multifunctional conference tables support rapid transformation: one table, many scenarios. Furniture is no longer static decoration, but a living unit that can be moved, combined, and stored on demand.

For Efficiency – Every Step of the Clinical Workflow Optimized

Dynamic space serves both patients and staff efficiency. In the blood collection area, VICTORY embeds test tube racks, disinfectants, and sharps containers within arm's reach, following a standardized nursing workflowreducing unnecessary turns and bending, returning time to patients. Order in space is efficiency.

At the triage desk, a low-reception design enables eye-level communication, accommodating children, wheelchair users, and others with special needseliminating condescension while ensuring full accessibility. An intelligent cable management system integrates computers, monitors, and printers seamlessly, banishing tangled wires. Space reduces burden, not adds to it. Tailored solutions for every scenario: space that truly serves people.

Dynamic Healthcare VICTORY's Answer

VICTORY's understanding of "dynamic space" is this: space is not a static blueprint, but a living organism that flows with human needs.

At Shenzhen University of Technology General Hospital, we delivered not a fixed list of furniture items, but a spatial system that grows, reconfigures, and adapts. Patients' needs change, clinical workflows change, departmental functions changespace should follow these changes, not hinder them.

That is the answer of VICTORY's Dynamic Healthcare.

Going forward, VICTORY Group will continue to deepen its presence in healthcare, wellness, education, office, and other diverse fieldstransforming from a traditional furniture manufacturer into a total smart-space solution expert.

So that every inch of space resonates with life.
